We believe impact is more than a headline number. We measure it across three dimensions: the outputs we deliver, the functional outcomes we help people achieve, and the human stories behind every recovery.
Outputs
Outputs are the tangible, countable results of our work - the therapy sessions, consultations and people reached. These are the cumulative figures we report, drawn directly from our program records.
Outcomes
Outputs tell us how much we do; outcomes tell us what actually changes for the people we serve. These are the functional dimensions of recovery our programs work toward — and that we are building structured measurement around, so results can be reported here over time.
Whether a person can stand, walk or move a limb they had lost the use of. We track functional movement gains from the first session to the end of a program.
The degree to which a person can carry out daily activities without assistance - dressing, moving around the home, returning to work or caring for family.
How consistently patients complete their prescribed course of therapy. Higher adherence is strongly linked to better and more durable functional recovery.
Overall progress against each patient's individual rehabilitation goals, combining strength, range of motion and the ability to perform targeted tasks.
Stories
Behind every metric is a person. These filmed stories share the experiences of people supported by our programs.
